We make sure our guest athletes are given the best experience and knowledge from our qualified coaches when on Camp.
You will speak, interact and train with our coaches on a daily basis.

The Adventure Of Open Water Swimming
Swimming is a great experience with clear turquoise waters, no wonder all the locals spend their weekends at the beach! At our training camp we know all the best places depending on the time of the year, temperature of the sea. We run wetsuit and non-wetsuit sessions to give you the opportunity to practice and perform transition training. The closest beach is nearby and we coach our open water sessions with kayak or Paddle Surf Assistance.

Pool Technique and Speed Improvement
Video swim analysis is performed at the first swim session with feedback following shortly afterwards to allow time in the week to practise the tips and recommendations. We coach 3-4 swim sessions a week with a coach on poolside to ensure the level of feedback is high. It is possible to swim everyday with swim sets provided if required. The plan is to leave our training camp with lots to practice, valuable information in the water and ready for those new swim challenges.

Cycling Training
We do an assessment ride on the first day so we can split the group (if needed) to ensure everyone gets the maximum out of the week. We offer alternative routes for those who want shorter or longer rides with meeting points that tend to involve a quick café stop! It is possible to ride or rest each day it’s entirely a personal choice, it is possible to do solo rides (uncoached) and we can assist with maps and routes.

Running Sessions
Whether it’s a quick dash off the bike on one of our planned brick sessions, a beach jog on the dunes, an extended off road trail run or a lap or two, we have endless run options. We do coached interval and skill sessions where the coaches help with technique development through specific run drills. We do these on the road and beach to work on all aspects of running.

Chalets typology description:

Type 1 Chalet: Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with sofa bed for 2, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed.
Type 2 Chalet: Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with sofa bed for 2, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.
Type 3 Chalet: Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with sofa bed for 2, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

  • This stage runs from Monday to Sunday – 6th to 12th March 2017.
  • Starting and ending at Alicante International Airport.
  • Pick up Monday 6th March 2017  from 9:00 am to 15:00 pm.
  • Drop Off Sunday 12th March 2017 from 8:00 am to 13:00 pm.
  • Variations to this schedule will be considered upon request, contact us.
  • Base price is calculated per person and 4 persons occupancy in Type 3 Chalet.
    Type 3 Chalet consist in 1 bedroom with double bed , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + double sofa-bed in living room.
    Contact us for any different/special room configuration you might require/wish.
  • Choose upgrade to Chalet Type 1 or Type 2 if travelling 2 or 3 persons.
  • Base price is offered with no meal plan as apartments have a full kitchen, but if you want to upgrade to a “Half Board meal plan”, choose it at booking.
ATHLETE LEVEL This is an all Levels Stage.
NECESSARY EQUIPMENT Bring with you all your Running Equipment, Road bike (optional road bikes for rent “prior booking”), Wetsuit, GPS if you wish to make additional/free trainings. Reparation kit.
  • All Stages are bookable 15 days before stage starts.
  • Stages will take place only if a minimum of 4 athletes are booked at each stage (if minimum not reached, all payments for the stage will be refunded without any penalty – except insurances).
  • Interior Swimming Pool at Resort is only 10 meters long, only suitable for some exercise at free trainings.
    All Swim coached sessions, as the SwimSmooth Masterclass, will be done outside the resort in a bigger and comfortable swimming Pool.
  • If travelling with companions (family, friends…) that don’t wish to train, a discount will apply, please refer to our Customize your Stage form and we will provide a personalized quotation for your Stage.
